the imcompetence continues! I am asked to wait for another long time, while the layout of all the posts using your plugin is just broken.

this so embarrassing! your plugin is used on a live website, and you just tell me to wait for so long? so my clients would think what of me in this time?

actually, you are the amateurs. it is amazing how low your coding level skills are, and that you pretend to be professionals. 

I have used so many plugins in my 20 years of experience, never have I got to use one so badly coded and a support so incompetent, not to mention this is a paid plugin not a free one!

please drop out, stop selling this plugin, you are not up to it. this is not how you conduct business, asking your clients to wait for your incompetent slow team to solve something as basic and as destructive as a broken layout

NO, you did NOT respond on time (you responded after more than a month!). The pro plugin support does not even exist, nobody responds there (on https://wedocs.co/ tho it has a contact form), I had to go wedevs directly to get an answer, after a month.

I have replied to your answer immediately on Mar 28, directly on the email, and got another reply on Apr 18 (20 days later – you call that ‘on time’?) saying that you see everything working, but if you go on the assistant widget and click on the ‘explore’ tab it will show nothing, and search wont find anything, tho i have many docs.

Also your chatbot is really bad, it used to offer more links to the docs it found, now it just gets one, and if information exists in more docs about a subjects, it picks one randomly, usually not even the one that it actually has more info on the subject – it should at least have the links to all the docs if finds that info into, or at least the 3 links like before, not just one.

I came back to this post because I am facing another problem, and it does not belong to the pro plugin, but the free, the style of the docs is messed up, and it won’t show properly even with all the speed optimization plugins disabled (perfmatters, wp rocket, cloudflare disabled)

update: it doesn’t work in the latest version of Chrome, on Windows. seems to work in Firefox. but still, it should work in any browser!

What I need is to be able to directly edit a file in your plugin, to add some code so that it will show directly on all lightboxes. This code is the same, so it doesn’t need unique, it’s the same for all lightboxes. Do you not think that is valuable space for publishers and how they could benefit from it? Probably more buys of your premium plugin if this would be a premium feature ??

Is there no file that can be directly edited? I am determined to have this, as its potential is big.

Please tell me if you can provide such a modification at a cost and where to contact you.

actually, I just want to display some ads there, one code above the Youtube video player and one below. it is the perfect location for ads. struggling to pay the bills, the CTR of the ads is so low that I’m trying everything…

I believe many publishers are in the same situation, so such a feature will surely benefit most of the website owners, and it’s also not so bad for visitors.

yes, you can delete it via FTP, BUT the plugins will remain deactivated, and, somehow, this plugin will still be active in the database, preventing any plugin from activation! I had the same problem. I tried so many things, but nothing worked, this plugin kept overwriting any plugin enabling, and the whole problem was visible to everyone, not just myself! Only after I added PHP 7.4 on my server I was able to stop this plugin. please check it, it is a real danger, and I also believe it should be removed from WordPress

indeed, that is the problem. after disabling it from there, it works!
but the weird thing is that only class="fancybox-iframe" had this problem – Youtube links didn’t have this problem
