My web designer is having personal issues and is not returning calls, emails, etc. She might be able to ftp to site or be able to use host file manager, but am not so savvy. The site is hosted on go daddy. Can you be more specific on what to do?

Do you have any idea if it’s a potential problem and what to do about it?
