Any other thoughts on this? Its still happening – making the theme almost useless.

What could be causing it to only load the responsive version of the front page if I click … otherwise appears to be loading indefinitely. Anyone else seen this?

Hi @kharisblank – thanks for the response.

Responsive mode is already ON (located under?Customize?>?Hero Area?>?Hero Slider). I tried turning it off and on again… but it made no difference. The problem is still there.

And, if I remove that piece of custom CSS – the hero slider is huge (I only get a small piece of the image) – and it makes no difference to the problem of the front page not loading on responsive / mobile devices.

Is there anything else I can try?

Sorted (or avoided). Now using slider on the front page – which scales properly without cropping (which that slide needed) – and image on the internal page where cropping doesnt matter. All good!

Sorted! Have a one page slider on the front page, and image of a different size on the inside – options plus CSS code found on this site. Thanks!

and am now getting the image on responsive screens (mobile, laptop and resized windowns)…

BUT NOW THE PROBLEM IS… the image is cropping, not scaling… So it is losing vital information. How do I get the image to scale to the browser width (no cropping) on all browsers/devices? Thanks!
