The instructions worked like a charm but two weeks ago the page went back to the old setup with ad front page and will not let me update as before. The same Update Failed: Update package not available appears when I attempt to update to the latest version. The scroll is now missing and the featured images for the Catch Kathmandu and featured images with “buy now” are now showing. I can’t get into the Appearance => Customize => It gives a Google error message on my screen instead of the usual options. I’m again dead in the water…camptimlo.org Need help again. Was there an update in the past few weeks? We had it repaired…then I went on vacation to Florida and and poof! Changes all gone. Ad taken over the front page.

Update Failed: Update package not available. Error message in red shows on the update page after updating to the latest version of Catch Kathmandu Pro update theme page in CampTimlo.org Web page. Update not allowed. I have not been active on this site for some time and only recently updated to the latest WordPress version prior to update attempt on the theme.

PHP memory increased by host tech…problem resolved. Update installed and working…thanks.

I have again renamed the NextGEN folder to protect the page and allow content to be seen, without the NextGEN slide offerings and added an error message at the top of the page. Please help me get the site back up as soon as possible.

during update…it took my page down. After deleting the plugin and reinstalling the zip file from your site the same error occurred. It took some time to get the site back up to make this clean install. I have admin privileges FTP access to the database. Do I need to delete the NextGEN folder when in the Plugins folder to allow for a manual safe install? I had no errors until I uploaded the Zip file with no problems and activated in the site. Now I’m dead again. What do I need to manually change to allow this plugin to load? I have a large number of photos and I also have the NextGEN Pro installed that is a separate plugin. It worked fine until the latest update of the NextGen.
