Hi @guicmazeredo,
Just checking if you have had a chance to figure out this issue.
Looking forward to hearing back.
With kind regards,
Bill
Hi @guicmazeredo,
I switched to “Server side cron” and tested again and the result…
1. Only the 1st email (send immediately) was scheduled and was sent successfully
2. Emails 2, 3, and 4 were not scheduled at all.
3. I then tried this – I changed emails 2,3, and 4 to be sent to 24 hours later, 48 hours later, and 72 hours later and retested to see if that would make any difference. It did not – emails were still not being scheduled.
4. I then tried this – I changed all 4 emails to be sent immediately and once again, only the 1st email was scheduled and sent. Emails 2,3, and 4 were not even being sent when set to immediate.I had Cloudways tech support assisting me to see if we could resolve the issue but they also concluded that the issue was likely at Mailpoet’s end.
If there’s anything else I can try, please advise.
With kind regards,
Bill

Hello @geraltrivia,
Thanks for getting back to me.
The link to view the screenshot you requested is below:
That would be great when it’s integrated with WP eMember as I am sure the many users of WP eMember would welcome it.
Thanks for the quick response Adam – good to hear that option will be available.
