In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Changing format of cookie policy pageThank you Leon, much appreciated, sorted now ??
Hi @hinampaksh thanks for your reply. I did figure it out eventually… Figured if the problem was showing up in Firefox then maybe it would also show if I were to use the beaver builder in Firefox… That finally showed up the empty image placeholders and enabled me to get rid of them… I wasted 5 hours trying to reach that point tho!!

In reply to: Trying to get rid of empty image placeholdersUpdate to say I’ve managed to fix the problem – ended up working out that if it was showing up in Firefox perhaps if I used Beaver Builder in Firefox it would show the problem – it did so I was able to remove it! Phew! Given how many hours I’ve wasted today trying to sort this out I’m more than relieved to have finally sorted it.
Now realised the same problem is happening with layouts changing when trying to remove an image placeholder on the home page. This site is so frustrating. Please help me find a solution!
Edit to say I’ve sussed the home page issue as managed to do the code within Beaver Builder – and I’ve just realised that if the problem is in Firefox I might be able to fix it in Firefox – which I just have! And it works. What a flipping faff!

In reply to: Trying to get rid of empty image placeholdersI’ve been having to go into the code rather than using Beaver Builder to get rid of the img tag but then I can’t see how to reinstate the layout as I’m only removing that single element… hence then going back to the Beaver Builder to try and make the layout work. I’ll see if they can come up with any solutions. Glad it’s not just me struggling.

In reply to: Trying to get rid of empty image placeholdersHaving removed the img tag the page is now not looking like it should – https://wiveycares.co.uk/ask-for-help/ – if I then use the Beaver Builder to try and get the layout back to what it should be the img tag get’s re-added? I feel like I’m going round in circles as I can’t find *why* and stop it happening – either the re-formatting for removing just one element, or then trying to get that format back!!

In reply to: Trying to get rid of empty image placeholdersYet when I remove it the format of the page changes to something I’ve not asked for – how do I stop that happening? All I’m doing is removing the img html and that’s messing up the layout??? I’m totally flummoxed as there’s no logic to why it should be

In reply to: Trying to get rid of empty image placeholdersOk – had enough response that I’ve taken off the p/w
So the page in question is: https://wiveycares.co.uk/ask-for-help/ – as I say in Chrome which is what I’m working in it’s viewing just fine as I want it to. In Firefox on the left hand side under the hex image there is an empty image box – if I remove the html for this the layout goes wrong and I’m not finding a way round this???Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Trying to get rid of empty image placeholdersI’ll have to see if the group will agree to me removing the password as at the moment you won’t be able to view it. I could post up pics on here if I could see how to.
