Thanks, that was not quite right but I sorted it using this:

[date* date-141 date-format:dd.mm.yy]

How can I get it to display DD/MM/YY rather than month first?

This works:

in header.php look for:

<span>
    <a>" title="<?php echo esc_attr( get_bloginfo( 'name', 'display' ) ); ?>" rel="home"><?php bloginfo( 'name' ); ?></a>
    </span>

Replace with:

<span>
    <div id="logo"> <a>"><img src="https://www.your_URL.com/images/eco.jpg" alt="Your text" /></a></div>
    </span>

I used [iframe src="https://www.yourdomain.com" width="100%" height="888" iframe scrolling="yes" style="overflow: hidden; margin-top: -100px; margin-left: -25px;"] which worked.

Using [gallery] used to work (?)
I changed to [gallery link=file] and that does work now.
(I am using Slimbox Plugin too (those lines are already commented out))

No that was not the issue, however after I turned off the plugin the ￡symbol showed up. (with plugin turned on $ showed whilst ￡ did not …?)
