I have had this problem with anyone using that ‘help ticket’ software, and funny it is the Pro plugin/theme sites I use. Just worthless. And I do have a Pro license as well.
I agree the drag & drop is pretty cumbersome… I often have lots of slides.
Thanks, what i did was
h3 .featured-post { display: none; }
and that worked.

In reply to: Blog HomepageYou can set the home page to static.. have your full screen image or video or whatever on there.
Then you can set your blog page be a list of posts.
Just link to it from the home page.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Reducing huge media fileI used Imsanity to reduce photo size on all photos on a huge site, worked great.
I have it in place now to resize every photo on upload, as many people refuse to resize images before uploading.

In reply to: The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploadsThanks, I have a ticket in. This site did get moved to a different server in the last week or so, so something the server end may need to be changed.

In reply to: Pages not displaying properlyI will have to do that soon, fortunately there aren’t that many pages..and it’s a busy busy local news/information site. I hope to set a time soon that I can go into maintenance mode and run these tests.
I did not think that error id was coming from WP.. so that helps.
What ever it is, I cannot create new pages that look correct either.

In reply to: Pages not displaying properlySeveral updates over the past month. I have disabled plugins 1×1, but I have not yet shut the site down to do a full wp-plugins-old work up.
Does WP create a page id=error-page?
If I could find that maybe I could track it down.Yes it disappears when deactivated..
I just ran a check activate/deactivate clear caches everywhere ..
and now that checkbox for sign up in the comments form is gone.I will keep an eye on it.
Thanks!
We are using a caching plugin, but I cleared the cache and it still is there.
thanks, but I already have that set to NO and still get the checkbox on comment form

In reply to: [Imsanity] Images in commentsI am going to dig deeper into this — will touch back if I find anything relevant.

In reply to: Images in commentsNot disqus, just standard WP comment form with a plugin to allow images to be uploaded.
I will dig deeper into the settings and see what I can figure out.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Imsanity] Images in commentsIt just started happening after Imsanity install. The current plugin (which is no longer available in repository) has been working fine until then.
I will be switching to a different plugin soon, although there are not many to choose from.
What I don’t understand is why Imsanity is working beautifully in Posts but is resizing the images for comments in an entirely different way.
tyI will be doing more testing with this tomorrow, to see if someone else has the same results I do. I will get back to you. ty
