@philgreen If your friend experienced the snippets disappearing and receiving error messages similar to when a snippet doesn’t exist, it’s possible that the snippets were unintentionally deleted. If someone clicked on the “delete” option for a snippet, it is permanently removed without an option to recover it through the plugin interface.

If you have a recent backup of the WordPress database, you may be able to restore it to a previous state where the snippets were still present.

@cynthusia You have selected two other pages along with the Precision Batcher page, do you want your snippet to show on those pages as well?

Use these following settings:

Snippet Type: HTML
Site Display: Site Wide
Location: Header

To implement the code you provided in the screenshot, simply wrap it with the <script>Your Code</script> tags.

By following these steps, your code should function properly.
