In reply to: [Header Footer Code Manager] Schema markup doesn’t appearHi @richardzed – Do you have a caching plugin on your site? If yes, please try clearing your cache after you have created the snippets.
Thank you.
Hi @destroyerzzz – We are sorry, HFCM snippets only work in the front end and not in the back end.
You can try the plugin Code Snippets By Code Snippets Pro. That might work for you.
Thanks.
Hi @potatocarabao – If you choose sitewide, there is no “Before/After Content” because most of the site’s pages do not have the WP hook/function the_content. Only single posts/pages and single posts of custom post types would have a the_content hook for the plugin to actually identify and place the snippet. Otherwise, it would fail on almost all of your site’s pages as most themes do not have this function on non-single posts/pages. Therefore, this is expected.
Hope that makes sense.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Header Footer Code Manager] Google tag managerHi @maxiec – Most of the site’s pages do not have the WP hook/function for the_content. Only single posts/pages and single posts of custom post types would have a the_content hook for the plugin to actually identify and place the snippet. Otherwise, it would fail on almost all of your site’s pages as most themes do not have this function on non-single posts/pages.
If you want your snippet inside of the body tag then you will have to select the pages only. It would be easier if you create a unique tag/category and then use that category to apply the snippet.
Thank you.
