I have the same problem. The Jetpack plugin was running fine on localhost but after loading it up, I don’t see the Settings link.
If I browse …/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules manually, I get:You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
Did you resolve this problem?
Actually specifying
'owner'=>false
fixed the problem for me. However, in my case the problem only occurred when I tried to fetch the event using AJAX.Yes, I wrote a small piece of software to create a Selenium script (which is just xml) from my exported data. Like this, I’ve automated all the typing and clicking.
Here’s the adding of the first event: https://pastebin.com/LNy6aKC2
The full script just goes on like this.
I managed to import my old events using a rather eccentric approach ??
I’ve written a small app that can transform the export of my old system into a Selenium script – which I then used to create all events in the EM. If anyone’s interested, I can post the relevant Selenium script snippet needed to automate EM.
@neiloliverphoto: Can you share some code showing how to store a new event object? It is unclear to me how the event object is linked to its post and post_meta objects and how to instantiate and populate these.
Your help would be very appreciated!
Thanks for the hint!
I desperately need this feature too. Has there been any progress on this? Can we expect in some time?
Kudos for this otherwise lovely plugin!!!
