Change your theme to default WordPress theme. If problem persist you can reinstall WordPress or you can contact for hosting support.

Try with other browsers like Mozilla. You should tell us about the theme and you should try with a different theme that you are using right now.

If you have backup available then you should start from scratch by installing a fresh WordPress from your hosting Cpanel.

If your site is six month old and didn’t indexed, than there is some other problem. You can use SEO Quake to check your site index condition. Create Google and Bing webmaster account and submit a proper sitemap. Check your site is not penalized by Google for some reason.

Looks like this problem is related to your web hosting. Contact with them and tell about the problem. If the problem persist you have to reinstall WordPress. If you have backup of your site then there is nothing to worry.

First of all check if your comment function in your site is working properly. Post a comment for yourself or tell your friends to comments on your site. If problem was found try reactivate your theme.

Yes you can download earlier version of WordPress and install it through FTP. If you are installing on local PC then you do not need FTP.
