Hello @solstudioim , that’s the first time I tried doing but unfortunately the default list created for WordPress Users who register isn’t available in the “Remove from list” trigger in automations.

All lists created manually are available but the default which gets created by the plugin isn’t available

hey , can you confirm if you click on “0 Sent” it opens a list with email addresses followed by status next to them as “sent” or “unprocessed” .

I also have set the same rules to send email to new users, but I do get this , although as there is no traction , I don’t think emails are being delivered

Hello, yes the parent domain says “Ready” and has been used for showing ads for over a decade now on the parent domain and on the subdomain which i shared in the loom vid, shared the image below.

thanks for the detailed breakdown, it’s bad on my part to post hastly. It was more of a ‘panic post’. I have discovered the defaulter and its not this plugin , as a matter of fact , used this plugin to quickly sort out file changes and identify who did what and where …

Issue was with theme , they didnt update the templates , so deleted the outdated themes ….

Commenting so if someone else face the issue they know its the theme dev they should be seeking assistance from
