Ich habe dasselbe Problem. Die folgende Fehlermeldung wird angezeigt:

Das Problem liegt offenbar daran, dass das Plugin eine Lokalisierungsdatei (akismet-privacy-policies-de_DE.mo) erwartet, die jedoch nicht vorhanden ist.

Thanks. The Headings are now correctly displayed. Theres is just a small remainig problem. It seems like WordPress now ignores the padding command. There is no space between the headings (not just the first one, but all) and the following text.

A small issue is still present.
When editing a category WordPress states the following error at the top of the page.

Warning: Missing argument 2 for SWER_aptools_admin::category_edit_form_fields() in /www/htdocs/XXX/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/page2cat/page2cat_class.php on line 199

Same Problem here.
When the plugin is activated WordPress does not show a list of pages

Deactivating the plugin does solve the problem.
