WordPress SEO version: 1.4.10I installed the plugin out of the box. I filled in a title, a focus keyword and a description on the post but this is what i see on my page source:

Thanks for answering. “Google analytics for wordpress” plugin has a function to configure it. Just thought there might be a way to to it in Jetpack stats. I did open a ticket.Thanks

Sorry, it was my fault. I never manually replaced the affiliate link with the newly created pretty link. Got it right now.Thanks for the response.
