I’d rather not post a link. Are the screen shots not enough?
Thank you for the suggestions. I switched themes, but still have the problem.
It does work via the admin panel, though. Does that mean it’s a javascript issue? What do I need to do to correct it? Do I need to add a script or edit one of the files?
Thanks for your help.
Hello,
I’m still having issues with the ticket table/form as shown in the screenshots of my previous post.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Any help or feedback is very appreciated.
Thank you!
Thanks for the response. Screenshots below…
– User enables event registration, ticket table appears: https://db.tt/pMx0CWaB
– User adds/edits ticket information: https://db.tt/WvD0hdBz
– User submits event, and receives success message.
– Admin opens pending event and scrolls to booking section. Ticket table info is back to default (only the registration capacity + deadline fields update correctly): https://db.tt/kzKsWh7g
– Admin publishes event.
– Guest booking section on single event page allows guests to submit booking info, but the ticket option is the default ticket, NOT what the user submitted in the event submission form. [Please note, this was showing as fully booked before but now appears as seen in screenshot]: https://db.tt/WvD0hdBz
I have no other plugins and have all wp and em updates.
I hope that is clear and helps. Thank you so much for your help with this!
Hi all!
I see this problem has been relayed, but just in case it helps with the debugging, I’d like to add that I too am having this problem.
All notifications were working fine 2 days ago using version 5.4.3.
Now, there is no event approval sent once event is published.
All other notifications still work, so I don’t believe it’s a mail send or server issue.
Thank you
-
User Side
In the event submission form, user selects ‘Enable registration for this event.’
Ticket table opens
User selects ‘edit’ standard ticket.
User changes ticket name and available spaces.
User completes submission form, then submits event.
-
Admin Side
Newly submitted event is pending approval in ‘Events’
Admin clicks edit to view event.
Admin scrolls down to Bookings section. Default standard ticket appears, without changes made by user.
Admin publishes event to be sure.
Event shows as ‘Fully Booked’ on single event page.
Note: The same occurs even if the user deletes the default standard ticket and creates a new ticket.
1. That fixed the location problem…thanks!
2. Not using any custom functions. Still having problem…I tried various settings and nothing works. Any other suggestions?
EDIT: Manage Bookings, is set in user capabilities.

Are there any CSS files already included anywhere in the plugin?

[/fu-upload-form]I have additional input fields included but did not list each here.
I tried the form in both Safari and Chrome with the same errors.
You can view the form at: https://hasmagazine.com/stylish/post-an-event/
Please see my first message above for the results using the other shortcodes. They are still producing the same issues.
Thanks for your help.

For CSS, I don’t see a file, do I need to change it in my theme’s CSS file? I want the fields smaller, they’re as long as the page and I’d like to shorten them, if possible.
Yes, please provide the code snippet for handling categories.
Thank you
