I’m having the same problem, and I notice it hasn’t been updated in a while, and no responses from the owner….

OK, I figured out that it works except I apparently have a corrupted product. But I have orders under that product. So how do I either fix the product the orders or whatever?

I tried the Storefront theme and also disabled all other extensions. I cleared all caches, ran table optimizers, nothing is working, and I can’t find any actual errors in any system status reports.

Thnks. Yeah, definitely getting some Javascript errors. Sadly, I know nothing about that stuff, and all the errors just say inject.bundle failed from what I make of it.

Thanks for the fix. Definitely prefer a 4×6, 16×9, or 1×1 image over the current portrait dimensions (since I’m asking, how about an option in settings?), but at this point, just happy to have it fixed.

As for the feature request, I’d like a shortcode to include “service type” as a filtering option at the top of an archive page along with the other popup menus so people can easily filter by type.

Same problem happening here. Been going on for awhile. Besides Cloudflare, not using any of the above mentioned security plugins. Logged in all the time. And yeah, totally random. Very frustrating.

I just noticed that the dev version made all our YouTube videos disappear. Going back to the release version….

Podtrac isn’t able to manage the handshake either. I suppose this is getting outside the realm of plugin support, but I don’t suppose you have any ideas?

Tried it, and still the same issue. I’m confused, though. Note the difference between our site validation before running through CloudFlare and our live site validation. I disabled all our caching & minimizing plugins, and same result. I’m wondering whether it’s because of the secure server?

Here’s a video of what’s happening. The other widget works fine until I activate Stream. Note when I hover over the different parts which part it registers with. I’m guessing there’s a problem with tags not getting closed properly, but I’m not a coder.

Can’t turn off Varnish, but with the host in question, Pantheon, it turns out their caching plugin was causing problems. I turned that off, and their support crew submitted a bug report to their code monkeys. All good for now, waiting on them to release a plugin update. Thanks for following up.

My host (Pantheon) doesn’t allow me to play with Varnish settings.

Backend/Server settings aren’t my specialty. Is there a different log file that might offer some insight?
