Thank you. I think the issue might be my Visual Composer plug-in needs to be updated as I can’t see any images in Backend Editor right now. Thanks again.

My business partner switched it to private. That’s the problem. Sorry – thank you.

PS – my host (Bluehost) uses C-panel, but they are unclear on what they would need to do to help resolve this issue and asked if you could advise if the issue is on their end. However, looks like other people are having this issue too so not sure if it’s with Bluehost and this plug-in has worked fine since we installed it, but suddenly stopped working and we got that error message.

Hi Scott – I am getting the message “Instagram has returned invalid data” and our Instagram feed has disappeared from our website. Could you please advise on how to fix asap? Thank you. You can see it here:

* Plugin version : 1.9.4 (but I reverted back to 1.8.1 to fix the issue)

* A URL of the broken images : I don’t have the url anymore because I reverted back to an earlier version to fix it, but I emailed you a screen shot of the broken version. The correct way users see our Instagram layout is 6 images total in two columns of 3 rows of 2
* Your selected image size within the widget settings : not sure where this is located to tell you.
* If this happens to videos, images or both : only images, not tested with videos
