Had this issue last night. It seems that my account can no longer access anything. Asked for help. After two hours of back and forth with Pim, I was told “This is something that our plugin has nothing to do with since our plugin only migrates everything within your wp-content folder not wp-admin.” So I went in and looked for myself, and found that I was in database. Emailed again and told them so. Haven’t gotten a response. This whole thing is starting to smell fishy, especially because I paid the $60 for the Unlimited Extension.
