Hello Saucal,
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand that changing the payment method for a subscription started causing an error in v9.3.0 and continues in v9.3.1, while it works fine in v9.2.0.
Which plugin are you using for the subscription feature? Please share a screenshot of the page where you’re trying to change the payment method. You may use https://snipboard.io to upload an image and share the link here.
Also, is the error appearing on the page or in the error log (WooCommerce > System Status > Logs)?
Once I have more details, I can assist you further.
Best regards.
Hello swapot,
Thank you for your reply.
I have reviewed the report you share and everything looks normal here.
I checked the temporary link to a product page from your first message but that has expired now. Could you share it again so I can use it to go through the checkout process? The error log you shared indicates a problem in the template file of the Botiga theme.
I suggest you check for any updates for the theme or contact their support. They should be better equipped to help you resolve this error.Looking forward to your response. ??
Hello thekendog,
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand that bots are hitting the ?wc-api=wc_stripe endpoint, leading to thousands of blank customers being created in Stripe without names or numbers.
Could you share your site URL with me so I can inspect it?
WooCommerce has security measures in place to prevent such issues. To investigate further, are you also seeing new failed orders in WooCommerce? Also, is the screenshot you shared from your Stripe.com account? Once I have more details, I can better assist you.
Looking forward to your response. ??

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand that you’re seeing the error “Action Scheduler: 2146 past-due actions found”.
This issue could have several causes, and I’m happy to help investigate. Please check WooCommerce > Status > Logs for any errors and share them via Pastebin.com.
Also, share your System Status Report the same way, so I can take a closer look. Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Exported order details not working properlyHello romnick27,
Thank you for your reply.
I have reviewed the previous converstation and watched all the videos you shared.
This sounds like a problem with your server, to be specific your server might not have enough resources to process and export all 55249 orders at once.
I recommend you try a plugin that allows you to export orders in batches of 5000 orders.
You can change the number of orders in a batch by testing how many orders the server can manage.
Since this is not a core feature in WooCommerce, you will need a plugin like Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce. Please let me know how it goes.
Best regards.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Stripe form fontHello eskimopies,
Thank you for your reply.
I understand that the Stripe checkout form is not displaying your website’s global font, Source Sans Pro, and CSS changes are not fixing it.
The Stripe form loads in an iframe, so custom fonts on your site may not apply. You can customize the form’s design using this guide: Stripe Customization.
This may require some coding knowledge. If you’re not familiar with code, I recommend consulting a professional developer through Codeable or WooExperts.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Use ACF for description fieldHello user9876789,
Thank you for your reply.
As suggested previously, support for custom code is not covered by our?support policy, the best way forward is either to consult another WooCommerce developer who might have experience with this or post your question on?Woo Community Slack for answers from the developer community.
Have a great day!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Setup Wizard keeps coming backHello jpsvensson,
Thank you for your reply.
I understand that upgrading PHP to 8.3.8 on your live server did not resolve the issue.
I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting; your findings have been very helpful. Since you have narrowed the problem down to your web server, it seems likely that something on the server is conflicting with Chromium-based browsers.
I recommend reaching out to your web host with all the details you’ve gathered, including the fact that the issue does not occur on your local server. They may be able to identify the root cause.
Let me know once you hear back from them.
Best regards.
Hello bill111,
Thank you for your reply.
I understand waiting for a customer to trigger the problem might take some time and that may make this troubleshooting process long.
To troubleshoot further, I would like to clarify a few things:
1- Is this issue only happening with credit card payments in Live Mode?
2- Is this issue happening with Link by Stripe?I recommend you try to reproduce the issue by placing an order using a real credit card in the live mode. You may create a test product with minimum cost for this purpose.
After your order is placed please share Order details screenshots including the Order notes.
Additionally, please share the Order notes of order 27942. You may use https://snipboard.io to upload images and share links here.Looking forward to your response. ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 2 issuesHello carstensahlthorsen,
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand you’re unsure about HPOS and haven’t enabled it. You can check its status in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features. If you need more details, this guide explains HPOS.
Please share a screenshot of HPOS settings by uploading it to https://snipboard.io and posting the link here.
I also noticed that apart from MobilePay, you have WooCommerce Stripe, WooPayments, and WooCommerce PayPal, but only MobilePay appears at checkout. Have you configured the other payment methods? Try deactivating MobilePay and enabling another method to see if the issue persists.
I couldn’t access your site. Do you have access restrictions enabled? If so, try removing them temporarily or contact your web host to confirm.
Lastly, the log you shared does not indicate any problems related to the issue you are facing.
Looking forward to your response. ??
Hello bbceg,
Thank you for your reply.
I understand rolling back WooCommerce Stripe to version 9.2.0 removes the “load_textdomain_just_in_time called incorrectly” notice.
Since I can’t reproduce the issue, I’d like to rule out any environment-specific factors. Could you set up a test site on TasteWP.com with WooCommerce 9.7.1, WooCommerce Stripe 9.3.1, and WordPress 6.7.2-en_GB?
This would help determine if the notice appears in a clean setup. I appreciate your time and effort for this help.
Looking forward to your response. ??
