I understand the issue. When customers use Google Pay or Apple Pay, the billing details are not stored in the order, unlike other payment methods that enforce the required fields.
Did you modify the checkout form using custom code or plugins? Customizations can sometimes affect how these payment methods handle billing details.

Changing the theme to Storefront and then switching back to Twenty Twenty-Four should not make you reconfigure the Twenty Twenty-Four. But I will suggest making a full-site backup in case something unwanted happens. You may use any popular backup plugin for this purpose.

You mentioned setting up MobilePay, PayPal, and WooPayments. Could you share a full-page screenshot of the Checkout page?
I ask because the button labeled “Continue to MobilePay” sometimes changes to “Continue,” and when MobilePay is disabled, it changes to “Continue to PayPal.” This behavior is not how WooCommerce PayPal or WooPayments should function. Normally, all available payment methods should be displayed on the Checkout page simultaneously, allowing customers to choose their preferred option. Here’s an example: Screenshot.
To clarify, I am not requesting wp-admin access, as that would violate forum guidelines. I meant that the website itself is not accessible to me. Here’s a screenshot of what I see: Screenshot.
For the other issue you mentioned, I recommend creating a separate topic. This will help keep the forum organized and prevent mixing different issues.

I have reviewed the report you shared and everything looks fine there.
The screenshot you shared is also helpful. It allowed me to inspect product category pages and there I noticed that regardless of which category I chose, all products appeared on the page.

https://thecubanswag.com/categoria-producto/lifestyle/The expected behavior would be that “Cuba Cuba Cuba” should appear on the clasicas category page and “Fecha Nacimiento Personalizable” should appear on lifestyle category page.
To check whether this problem is related to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, please switch to the Storefront theme and check the Clasicas and Lifestyle pages again. Let me know when you have switched the theme so I can check again.

I have a test site set up with en_GB on Tastewp.com but strangely I do not see the notice.
Did you make any changes to the site except installing WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe plugins?Please share your test site’s System Status Report with me so can I make sure we have identical sites.

I understand that you want to send customers an order link to pay, but the order-pay page does not allow guests to enter billing or shipping details. You also noticed that existing customers cannot update their billing or shipping address after the order is created.
The order-pay page is designed for payment rather than editing order details. When creating an order, you can manually enter billing and shipping information. For existing customers, you can update their details before finalizing the order.

I visited the link you shared and I can see that that product filter is loading the same products all the time. I checked the product source code and noticed that these two T-shirts belong to different categories.
For better understanding, could edit these products and show me the screenshots of the edit page?

I understand that after switching from shortcode-based to Gutenberg block-based cart and checkout pages, the term Mehrwertsteuer (VAT) has been replaced with Steuern (Taxes), and the blocks are locked for editing.
