Problem was Avada theme in conjunction of newest WordPress update. Updating both fixes the issue.

Hi, Sorry I didn’t explain very well.

Basically the form is for advertising properties and the Yes/No radio button question is “Are you a letting Agent?”.

If they select yes, I want a box to popup warning them that they may not be able to use the service.

If something like this isn’t possible, I guess I could just use a tooltip warning them in advance.

I spoke with the hosts and they showed me how to disable mod_security. I disabled it but it made no difference.

There are around 3500 photos on the website, most of which are compressed. Do you think this could be whats causing the problem?
