Perhaps now that CF7 has recaptcha integration it’s either time to remove from his plugin or make optional via plugin options. Perhaps for Ninja and WooCommerce should they also go this route?

Sites that provide ‘Editor’ role only access to users for content management cannot see the SEO options yet management of SEO is often associated with this function.
There is a requirement to be able to set the level at which SEO options are visible currently this is always ‘Admin’.
Rather than use the manage_options permission the plugin should check the users role against a plugin ‘permitted role level’ option to determine if the SEO options are available.
You could allow further granularity be allowing different levels for groups of options however I think this would be overkill, I suspect that there are a few options that should always be admin only and that a global ‘permitted role level’ would suffice.

Why on earth is anyone still using this plugin??? There are many other reCaptcha plugins I personally recommend this one as it works great with CF7 and permits the use of reCaptcha v2.0:
