In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Looks nice but the data are wrongUnfortunately, I am not able to continue testing this plugin on the customer site I was having this issue with. Another issue came up which caused a big problem for my customer.
This WooCommerce Admin plugin disables batch generation and printing of invoices and packing slips in WooCommerce’s own plugin (from Skyverge), “WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing lists”. Since this is an essential part of their daily workflow, I had to deactivate WooCommerce Admin for now.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Looks nice but the data are wrongHi Umakant, yes I imported historical data. In fact, I had to do it many times before the numbers of orders for certain time ranges were even close to accurate. There are 1421 orders YTD on this specific customer site.
Here’s how it went with importing historical data:
First time – imported only about half the orders (YTD) – about 700 orders
Second time – imported more orders, but only up to about 1000
Third time – getting closer, now at ~1300
Fouth time – probably about as close as it’s going to get – within 40 orders of actual (1381)I have actually compared the report to the list of actual orders and there doesn’t seem to be any pattern over missing orders in the new WooCommerce Admin reports. In some cases, it’s missing a single order in the sequence here and there, and in other instances, several orders in a sequence are missing. The missing orders are pretty much the same as other orders (completed status).
For the record, I have also tried this plugin on several other customer sites with less order volume, and those didn’t have the same issue. One other site has 796 orders YTD, and the WooCommerce Admin reports for orders shows exactly the same. The revenue totals match perfectly too.
Very strange, inconsistent behavior with this plugin, from one site to another it seems.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Looks nice but the data are wrongI agree with netspy here… I love what it does, but the data is wrong. From the regular WooCommerce report on a customer site I’m testing this with, I know there is over 1400 orders in the system, but the reports from WooCommerce Admin only show about half that for the same date range.
Unless the data is accurate, the reports can’t be trusted.

In reply to: [Advanced Woo Search] Search box shows up on top of menus (mobile views)You are the man! Thank you for the awesome support.
We are looking for a solution that helps get WooCommerce product data into an Amazon seller account. We want to avoid creating products in the Amazon system manually. I have seen the solutions from ExportFeed.com and they look like a good match, but I wasn’t sure if that’s what most people are using (what works best & what’s popular). Doing via exports and imports is fine, but if there was a synchronization option out there that people would recommend, I’d be interested in that as well.
The desired method of data travel is WooCommerce > Amazon Seller account, not the other way around.

In reply to: [WP-SpamShield] Does a job on spam – AND CPU utilization tooThe beauty of reviews is that it’s a system for users to report their experiences. That’s all I did. It’s great for you to “fight the good fight” like you do; it lets people know you really care about the performance of your product. Keep it up.

In reply to: [WP-SpamShield] Does a job on spam – AND CPU utilization tooSorry you didn’t like my review Scott, but I presented a factual account of my experience. SiteGround escalated support was very helpful in assisting me in identifying what the cause was behind the escalated CPU utilization. Once I started working with them on it, it was all very easy to test and isolate.
I didn’t file a support ticket with you because I don’t have the time to invest with your specific plugin. We’ve simply moved on. You’re one of many in the comment spam game, and there’s no benefit to me in helping you dig further into this issue. It would just be a poor use of my time, which is for building websites for my customers.
You shouldn’t be so bruised by my poor rating and review – you have plenty of good ones to offset it, but I thought what happened in my experience might be very helpful to others on web hosts who also police CPU cycles and script executions on a rolling 24 hour period.
I believe this has fixed the problem. I will have my client review it as well. Thanks for the prompt action!
Ok yes – the emails for new orders do show the extra data from the options selected.
Yes, the plugin developer provided a new version that is woocommerce 3.0 compatible. I am checking with the client to find out what the email confirmations look like. I’ll reply again when I get an answer to that.
Yes, we are updated to WooCommerce 3.0, and I did update the plugin with the advanced download you provided for the next version, but nothing changed.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Products Per Page] Doesn’t work with Flatsome ThemeHell yes! Changing the setting to “none” did the trick and your code to supress the display on mobile also worked! You didn’t need to help me with that, but I certainly appreciate it!
Thank you so much for your help with all of this. Top notch plugin – and support! My review and rating has been updated to reflect my overall satisfaction with you and your plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Products Per Page] Not compatible with flatsomeI updated my initial review to reflect the overall experience, after Jeroen helped me out in resolving the issues I initially reported with my low rating. Bottom line is that this plugin and the developer is excellent! Among the best support I’ve ever received on any plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Products Per Page] Doesn’t work with Flatsome ThemeCan you clarify what you mean by “Could you confirm whether or not you have the ‘location’ setting set to ‘none’ or something else?”
I’m not sure what you’re referring to.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Products Per Page] Doesn’t work with Flatsome ThemeAlso, regarding the commenting out of that code, and the rest of it. I’m not certain on how to handle this. I’m dealing with the child theme, so I shouldn’t need to comment out anything right – just put the new code in – is that correct? Not sure about how all that works between the main and child themes.
