I don’t host the site myself and I don’t see anything in my error logs either. I killed the process and re-ran it (skipping “Compare core WordPress files against originals in repository” and “Comparing open source themes against www.remarpro.com originals”) and it finished. I let it run a third time without skipping anything and it looke like it finished successfully again.
