Thanks so much for that.

I’ve already tried uploading clean mystile theme files, but seems to make very little difference. However, I just replaced the header.php with clean version, and at least now the thumbnails appear clickable. The only hurdle is to make the image appear within the box rather than as a link through to image on its own page.
I think I’ll just use the paid for woo thumbs plugin for now as it seems to be doing that trick.

Here’s a working example of what i mean:

so in this instance, the main image showing is the set Featured image, and the two thumbnails below are Product Gallery images.
As you can see, the image doesn’t change when clicked.

I actually bought a paid for woo thumbs carousel plugin in desperation today, and somehow that has resolved it, but thrown up an issue with Featured image, which i dont want to display anywhere on the product page, just the catalogue/archive page: https://furfeathersandtails.co.uk/product/black-llama/

Is there any way I can make the product image area editable in the back-end product page?

In the same way that the right hand column (called ‘product short description’) is editable?

I did that and it does turn off lightbox, but then when you click on the thumbnails, the full image is then displayed on a click-through new window rather than within the image gallery (the large square above the thumbnails).

I wanted to implement something simple like ‘portfolio slideshow’ plugin or even more simply this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQxQm6GnBSU
but i cant work out which file needs to be edited to put that in place. Any ideas?

Just brilliant…Thanks so much for your help-adding that to Style.css has worked a treat!

The previous method I tried was based on this:
Override inline styles(Either it wasn’t the solution for this problem, or I executed it wrongly).

Anyway…I’ve spent a week or so on and off trying to fix this, so you really have helped me out big time x
