I teach people not to use any WP component if it has no update in the last 1-2 months

A bulk yes with “we use cookies” would be legally not acceptable

I solved the error by adding the missing folder “name” in the plugin folder :
/plugins/menubar/templates/name

It seems an update of the plugin deleted this folder ?
