Hi Arun,
I went to the documentation as directed by this website.
1) I chose “Documentation” under the menu Support.
2) Then under “Learn How to use WordPress” I chose “Getting Started with WordPress”.
3) Under “WordPress for Beginners” I chose “First Steps with WordPress”
4) Scrolling down to “Setting Up Your Site” is the section that recommends we install “Enhanced Admin Bar with Codex Search”.

Hi Arun, I understand now what you mean. I saw the shortcode change when I chose a different Avatar.

In regards to the avatars, users have their own images as their default avatar. I am not able to chose this default in this plugin.

Steve, we have a communication problem.

My website doesn’t have anything on it that says “this is a test” … it doesn’t work therefore you can’t see it.

I am going to re-iterate again what I posted in my first post.

Steve, both pictures have a caption. One states “This is a test” which is how it displays in the dashboard. The other is this same image on the website and it’s blank …. “This is a test” is missing. Plus the picture is moved.

I don’t know what else you want …. I’m trying to help as I really need this corrected.

In my first post I specifically state here are 2 links to images and then I list the links. The next thing I get is a reply from you requesting a a link to an image????? They are in my post.

Steve, I am not sure of what you are asking. I posted 2 images in my 1st post …. they had a caption.

Can you be more specific?

Hi Simon, I posted over 2 days ago and no response. I have since deactivated Beaver Builder. It’s too bad because I like how it works but I wouldn’t even chance buying a pro version with all the issues I’m having with it.
