    Hello ??,

We’re having a sync issue: we just connected our store via the plugin to our Facebook page. Products sync with meta details but Facebook throws an error that price, id, url, are missing but in fact they do show when we view products details on Facebook.

    Please advice if possible ????♀?

    Regards!

  • Hi @piotrszczesniak

    Thanks for reaching out!

Can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks!

    Hello @xue28

Here’s the system report (I couldn’t paste it here) in the link: https://boutique-allboards.fr/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/system-report.txt

Here are the screenshots showing the details of the product after syncing via the plugin (view on the Facebook manager site) and errors about the products we get:

Hope that’s enough for you to get an idea of what may be wrong.

    Thanks!

    Howdy @piotrszczesniak

Thank you for reaching back, with further information on this.

I am inspecting the site at https://boutique-allboards.fr, and I can verify that Facebook Pixel is installed correctly. Furthermore, PageView and OpenGraph parameters appear to be registered fine also. See the screenshot linked here for more details.

Additionally, upon inspecting a product page, I could see that all data (including ID) were captured – screenshot linked here, showcasing this.

To test, I used?Pixel Helper,?which is a small Chrome extension provided by Facebook which will allow you to verify that your pixel has been properly installed and works as expected.?Learn more about the extension here?and?download it here.

Kindly disable all server-side cache temporarily and run Facebook: Reset all products, as described here, in the plugin’s documentation.

Let us know how that goes.

    Hello @anastas10s!

Thanks for checking out the pixel on our site. We used this plugin before too and we were able to see all the details you shown on the screenshots.

I have also disabled caching tools on our site and pressed “Facebook: Reset all products”. The process is running in the background as the notification said.

15 minutes after the reset, we checked, and the errors still remain the same with the sync.

I’m going to check again in an hour or so. How long do you think it should take?

    Hi,

No problem, please keep us posted.

If the issue persists, please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Thanks.

    hi there @ihereira!

The problem persists. No recent logs from the plugin…

Any ideas, where to go from here?

    Hi,

    I’m sorry to hear that.

To clarify, do the products have categories added? Setting a Google Product Category (this is a standard on the web for retail products) can help classify your product better, to set up the categories you can refer to this documentation here.

Make sure that the stock management setting is enabled, under WooCommerce > settings > products > inventory.

Also, please activate the Debug logging setting, it is located into Facebook for WooCommerce settings, you can refer to the screenshot below:

    screenshot

Then go to product sync page, and sync your products.

Next go to?WooCommerce > Status?and select the?Logs?tab. If Facebook for WooCommerce is visible in the drop-down, please select it, and provide us with the logs generated to check better.

Let us know what you find.

according to your screen shot https://snipboard.io/uSpwIG.jpg you are having the same issue with the feed joining two values together with an uderscore so ad retargeting will not work

    hello @ihereira!

    Stock management had been enabled.
    Default Google product category set.
Debug mode is on. As well as “Use new, memory improved, feed generation process.”

Synced products again. No new logs were saved. Only the logs from Jan 5th, 2023, one of the lines goes like this: 01-05-2023 @ 23:08:21 - Une erreur est survenue lors de la tentative de synchronisation des produits à l’aide de l’API Catalog Batch pour la tache db3266b22d0e0e208c702bf0e5e3189b : Impossible de créer l’instance d’API car le jeton d’accès est manquant.

    Hello @darrenn123!

Thanks for your remark. However, I don’t know how to solve it as everything is done by the plugin itself. Can you explain more?

    Hi, @piotrszczesniak

That sounds like there would be something else affecting the normal behavior.

Can you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support? You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Important: To follow this up, please include a link to this forum thread in your response.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

@ihereira – just done it, thanks!

    Thank you, @piotrszczesniak.

I’ll go ahead with marking this thread as resolved now.

Feel free to open a new one, should another issue arise, and to come back and share the findings, for others to benefit from, if they won’t be setup-specific.

    Thank you. ??</img>
