Oh, I see. Yeah, I just tried making the background fixed. I am not sure if I like it only because I am so used to seeing the whole thing move as one; Now only the center moves. I may try it for a while, but in the end I have a feeling I will just try and make it lighter. Thanks for the input.

After sending them a complaint email, I started to get pinged in a timely manner. Before that I did not get pinged for like a month. Greasy weel.

It worked! This has been bugging me for 6 months!

I tried something from another site, but I did not have the clear;both and the width=0 in my class.

After looking at my email history I did noticed that TrackBack and Comment approval emails from WP look the same. They both say New comment on your post #n. However usually trackbacks have the […] automatically put in, so it confused me. So this is a new kind of spam? False Trackbacks, I checked there site, they did not post my post on thier site.

Oh well, I feel better anyway.

Ok, I think I figured out a way to do this. By adding post data to the url. I believe I can use $_GET() to find if the wordpress blog was referred from a specific site I set up.

<?php if ($_GET[“camefrom”] = “card”) then show special case content ?>

I have not had time to try it, I will give updates soon. I hope this is helpful. If you have done something like this or have any comments please let me know.

I did learn how to view the referral if it came through a click: $_SERVER[‘HTTP_REFERER’]

Unfortunatly I want to see if it came from my redirect page which has the following meta tag:

<META HTTP-EQUIV=”refresh” content=”0;URL=https://www.donaldcfoley.com/wordpress”>

Is there a way in PHP to see the referfal url of the site that just auto refreshed to the blog site?

No html errors.
Width is fixed.
works the same in IE and Firefox.

Any comments would be nice.

I am considering shrinking the whole thing from 800 to 795 to get rid of bottom scroll bar in 800×600 browser windows.

Thanks, that worked! Now one last thing. It looks great in IE, but in firefox the comment(0) of the first post is pushed down by the menu. Any thoughts? Thanks for all your help.

I am thinkin this may have to do with un-aligned div’s but I am having trouble finding the issue, I keep moving my ‘<?php get_sidebar(); ?>’ and I found one placemant where firefox looks perfect, but IE looks crappy.
