In reply to: Cleeng 2.2.18 plugin – The plugin does not have a valid header errorok. I am familiar with WAMP. Thank you. We will look into it; though it seems something specific indeed to WAMP. (Just tried myself on MAMP and having no issue).

In reply to: Cleeng 2.2.18 plugin – The plugin does not have a valid header errorHi,
Can you list the plugins (or template) you have installed? Thank you
Hi,
The Cleeng plugin supports pay-per-view, but out of the box it doesn’t support pay per minute. If you share your exact requirements, we can give you an exact proposal.
Let us know if you are interested.
Cheers!
Hi Cristina,
The pingdom service looks at how long it takes for all individual files to load. Though what is more important is the time it takes for a user to “see” the full page…e.g. the user experience. Like with many sites/applications – also with Cleeng – some files are loaded after the page is displayed. This file (client.en_US.js) is such file. So even when it has some delay in loading – it will not affect the page from displaying quickly.
Some more details: currently there is some logic in this file (client.en_US.js) – and therefore it is generated from our “root” servers in W-Europe. It is fast from Europe and East-coast – but we are aware of some extra delay (due to SSL roundtrip) from locations further away. And rather sooner than later this file will also be available be loaded directly from our caching network – so loading time of this specific file will further decrease around the world (even it is not affecting the display of the pages).
Hopefully this answers your question.
Donald
Hi,
This is Donald from Cleeng. Hopefully I can help you.
Can you share a link of your blog so we can have a look?
We put enormous effort in our platform to have fast validation of access for content around the world. Is the 1.5 second happening on a page when you are logged in to Cleeng? Or is it for every page – even if you are a fresh visitor – that is loaded from your blog?
If you can give us some specifics, we can hopefully solve this for you.
Thanks!

In reply to: Cleeng 2.2.18 plugin – The plugin does not have a valid header errorHi Martin,
So far our conclusion is that it must be something specific to your setup. Normally we consider this the responsibility of the site owner…. as we can’t be responsible for other plugins/themes. But we do want to offer some more help for which we need your insights.
Do you have a page up and running with Cleeng? Or can you give us access to your wordpress site in order for us to debug on your end?
Let us know.

In reply to: Cleeng 2.2.18 plugin – The plugin does not have a valid header errorHi Martin,
Sorry to hear about this. I have honestly no idea what is causing this, and can’t replicate it myself. I think we’ll only able to fix it by Monday – when my colleague is back – so maybe in the meantime you can go back to the previous version? They are available here:

Thanks!

In reply to: Cleeng – remove some details on exclusive content display?Well, a real dirty, but simple hack is to tell your page/template to disable the display of the whole rating block with css….
.cleeng-rating {
display: none;

In reply to: Cleeng – remove some details on exclusive content display?Hi Martin,
Hope this helps:
1. Go to WP admin > Cleeng > Settings to manage and click on the link “Cleeng settings for WordPress “… this opens up some configuration, including a way to disable the text above the layer.
2.You can upload your own (square) avatar using this link:
https://cleeng.com/us/my-account/settings/submit-image/1#submit-image3. Customer rating is something you can’t remove easily, except by hacking the plugin.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Donald
Gustavofrancocruz,
Thanks for highlighting. Do you run in debug mode? As normally these notices are not shown.
However the little bug is solved and a new version (1.1.3) has been published. Thanks!
coolbit108,
Thank you very much for trying the plugin, and sorry to hear it doesn’t work for you. Hopefully we can fix it, so that you can still “enjoy” the plugin and use this to monetize your site.
Just to clarify:
1. When you become a publisher you can select your currency in your settings. You can also update it later in “my account” > “Settings”. Please note: If buyers have a different currency, they will see the price in their own currency (as well as the publisher currency).
2. For developers we have created the sandbox environment. This helps them doing (extensive) tests when they want to create their own functionality based on the Cleeng platform. However, we very recently have updated the upper boundary from 0.99 to 19.99 for the production site, and likely the sandbox environment hasn’t been updated since. We will ensure the issue is fixed on sandbox asap. Sorry for the inconvenience.
3. You mention that the login section on sandbox is not working. Can you be more explicit? What might be good to know is that accounts, purchases and content references are NOT copied in between SANDBOX and PRODUCTION. Meaning you have to create a separate account on sandbox. Let me know if that might have caused the issue or that there is something else you encountered.
thanks for your feedback; and hopefully you are willing to give it another try!
Thanks.
We just released to public with a new version. Enjoy!
