I figured it out. Once a pic is assigned to a page, you literally have to assign it to the page from the media library.

I’m not sure I understand the difference between a Posts page and a static page. I have both.
I’ll play around with it. I’ve tried all the other themes that are available to me and I get the same results on all of them.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did try other themes and I get the same results. The post is definately labeled as a sticky post, but it no worky. ??
