This problem may be related to other plugin used in your shop. Please try to isolate an issue, by disable plugins which are not our or WooCommerce. Then please enable plugins one by one, deleting cache, and check if the problem still exist.

If yes, please test the plugin again, but now using Storefront – official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.

I received information from our developer that in the current version of the plugin, we do not have a dedicated filter for modifying this value.

However, it is possible to manually adjust the file by editing line 85 in the following path:

vendor_prefixed/wpdesk/flexible-refunds-core/src/Views/myaccount/refund-free.php

Simply change:

echo \esc_html($item->get_name());

to

echo $item->get_name();

I have received feedback from the developer after investigating this issue, and it appears that the problem affects users who have caching enabled on their website. The developer plans to work on improving this aspect of the plugin in future updates. However, at this moment, the best solution would be to disable caching, as this should prevent the issue from occurring.
