Thanks for your help.

It seems I’ve finally found the solution.
I received some advice from the Forminator support and they said Complianz doesn’t work with reCAPTCHA V3.
So I choose V2 and it works now …

Since nearly one month, I was not able to find the problem with reCAPTCHA.

Now, it’s working with V2.

Forminator is enabled in Complianz-Integrations-Plugins.

reCAPTCHA is NOT displayed in Complians-Integrations-Services (Google Maps and Open StreetMaps are enabled and that’s all).

I’m not using reCaptcha elsewhere else on the website.

Did you see the reCaptcha ??
I’m surprised. I’ve tried with 3 different browsers, cleared the cache and it’s never visible.
And even if I click on your banner where I accept all the cookies, the form is not sent and stays with the same message “Veuillez accepter les cookies afin que nous puissions valider votre demande avec reCAPTCHA, et envoyer ce formulaire” above the form.

I’ve to add that in ‘preview mode’ of form, I see the Captcha !

But in the live page, I’ve the message “Veuillez accepter les cookies afin que nous puissions valider votre demande avec reCAPTCHA, et envoyer ce formulaire” even I accept all cookies from Complianz …

Unfortunately, ReCaptcha is not displayed in Complianz – Integrations – Services.

I see just “Forminator” in Complianz – Integrations – Extensions and it’s connected and previsalisation picture is also activated.

Thanks for your reply and for your help.
It was the missing step. I’ve not understood I had to add a field for ReCaptcha !

I’ve done now but the message disappears after a few seconds and the ReCaptcha is not visible.
If I accept the cookies from Complianz Privacy Suite, I have (above the form) un message telling I have to accept the cookies to validate my request with ReCaptcha and send the form … So I can’t send the form.
Where is my problem ??

I would like to thank you for the replies.

1. I’ve modified “To set the reply-to address as the sender’s address” as you said and it works perfectly. Even it’s not very intuitive to find alone without your help. But maybe it’s just me who doesn’t find it ??

2. For reCaptcha, I’ve followed what you’ve written and I’ve now this display:

I see the text asking to click under the field ‘message’ but is it normal I don’t have the reCaptcha picture ??
