With the latest version of Better Messages the problem is gone!
I installed the previous version 2.0.98 and the problem is gone!
Strange. As soon as I deactivate Better Messages, the statistics show up. After reactivating Better Messages, I cannot open the statistics. I would say the problem is related to Better Messages. Do you need any more information? Should I report this also to Burst?

This solves the issue, no errors anymore in debug mode or in the error.log!
Thanks!

In reply to: [Burst Statistics - Privacy-Friendly Analytics for WordPress] Tracking errorThis is the error when I debug:
“Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required ‘/home/g6gef0o/public_html/wp-content/plugins/burst-statistics/helpers/php-user-agent/UserAgentParser.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php81/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php81/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’) in /home/worldof8/public_html/burst-statistics-endpoint.php:7 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /home/worldof8/public_html/burst-statistics-endpoint.php on line 7”Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Burst Statistics - Privacy-Friendly Analytics for WordPress] Tracking errorHi Hessel,
The statistics were still tracked.
Looks like the problem is solved by changing the double slashes. Something to add in the next update?
Thanks!
RonaldGreat!
That would be great!
After deactivating all plugins, and re-activating them starting with WP RSS Aggregator, the problem was solved.
Having the same problem here. Going to fall back to 4.21.1 for now, because the site went down.
Hi Nick,
There are no more errors before and after the refresh.
Can I drop a feature request here? What about conditions based on logged in/out state?
Thanks for the updates. I hope the load after refresh problem won’t be too difficult.

RonaldResponse from my hosting provider: ¨I’m not too sure on this one. If cloudflare were the issue the error code would be a 401 with a 1020 in the response but this is a 500 error which means it’s a problem with the plugin itself.”
Hi Nick,
Not sure why, but the error is gone! I have updated both free and pro. Maybe my hosting provider has discovered something, but I haven’t heard back from them yet.
Still one problem to solve. Not only the license page needs a refresh to show the actual data, also every time I open the post/page editor, I have to refresh so the Visibility panel shows. It works now, but surely not completely as it should. I hope you can find out what is causing the need for a refresh.
Regards,
Ronald
