I need to change my contact form to include a drop down box but I am not able to do this with the contact plug-in included, or any additional ones. How can I revise this please?

I just update the Theme Incredible and now I am getting error after error!!!! Please help me!!

For the the 3 front page sliders on my site (https://dollardidit.com/dollardidit/), how can I change the text color from white to red?
