In reply to: [Swift Performance Lite] Swift garbled my visitors displayYou said “started deactivating cache pluginS”. It’s very rarely recommended to run more than one caching solution. To see the true benefit of swift, you must deactivate, and in some cases uninstall, all other caching plugins. Once that is done, start the swift wizard again and test results. If you have issues report back

In reply to: [Swift Performance Lite] Plugin breaking contact formUnder settings > Caching > General > Make sure you have caching mode set to ‘time based mode’ you can set the cache timeout to 12 hours.
You need to use your favorite browser’s dev tools to find the actual name of the script(s) and exclude them from being loaded.
For example, cp-module-main.js
is one script that convert plus uses. You would put that under Settings > Optimization > Scripts > exclude scripts
Do that for all scripts associated with the plugin and it should work no problem. Here is an example of the scripts used. Yours will probably be different. Please don’t copy these and expect it to work.

In reply to: [Swift Performance Lite] Odd BehaviorSorry for the delay. For the redirect issue, please put the redirect rules inside swift htaccess section. Settings > General > Tweaks > Custom htaccess
We will be pushing out an update tomorrow that should address the errors you are seeing.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Swift Performance Lite] Error in class.reduxsa_apiThat should be a warning, not an error and should not impact any functionality. The warning isn’t very common but we are aware of it and it will be fixed in the next release.

In reply to: [Swift Performance Lite] Ooops! Something went wrong…Very nice troubleshooting! Glad you were able to fix it and thanks for the good words
Sorry for the delay. After some checking we see that your cookie plugin isnt checking that cookies are accepted via js, they are using php. What that basically means is the plugin wont work with any caching setup. You can check with the plugin devloper to see if there is a script addon or upgrade, or maybe search for one that doesnt use php as it’s checking mechanism.

In reply to: [Swift Performance Lite] Best cache plugin I have triedWow, thank you SO much! We know how good the plugin is, but love when others see it too.
Thanks for the video. I definitely see what you are talking about, however I dont have a fix for you yet. You aren’t using the merge styles and scripts feature, so Swift “shouldnt” be causing that to happen, but it is. I will have to spend some time on it and have the developer take a look. I will check back with you as soon as I have an answer
what browser are you using? have you cleared your browser cache? It works as it should for me on Windows 10 with Chrome and Firefox

In reply to: [Swift Performance Lite] 500 internal server error after installingHas the issue been solved?
“what exactly does the plugin change”:
Everything it adds ‘should’ be removed if uninstalled properly.
It adds re-write rules to htaccess
It adds a cache folder under wp-content
It adds a php file under mu-plugins
and 2 database entries labeled swiftForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Swift Performance Lite] Blog 404 on mobile after activationYou asked for help in another forum, I gave the the steps to resolve this, and you didnt follow them. I’m not sure how much more we could have done for you. Good luck and have a nice weekend.
***To resolve the 404 issue he was encountering – if you have forced SSL redirects in your htaccess, they need to be added to swift so they are executed prior to caching rules. ***Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [Swift Performance Lite] Fonts not appearing in the customizerI have posted it twice as I didn’t know it was against policy. I will abide by the rule from now on, but there is another link to my Facebook page out here somewhere. I did it today (prior to this notification) and I can’t find it now. I will go through everything and try to find it.
