The email and social subscribers I have aren’t reflecting – I was seeing 8k as Twitter followers for instance, while I have 10k. Aside from that Jetpack is messing up multiple other plugins – for instance, Site health keeps showing ‘checking’ while reporting 2 pending tasks sans an update.

I tried, the same – the Info tab on Site health reads ‘Good’ but status keeps reading “results are still loading”. I’ve tried it multiple times – shall check again.

As for Jetpack, while I am no longer getting this error but my social count is not reflecting currently. It is showing a lower number than the actuals.

Also, whenever the blog is loading, for an initial few seconds the text, images and everything are kind of overlapping (broken) before they turn as per the theme.

Up on checking the logs which was block on the ModSecurity, I could see that there is below rule which is blocking at present on the server.

This means rogue bots are consuming over 6X the bandwidth of visitors. For other sites which run (about a dozen) the normal ratio is 25%. This will be use most of the bandwidth of the website and which inturn effects the other websites on the server.
You need to contact the webdeveloper and change the code in such a way that it should not access..
