I have the same problem. After the update to 5.1.1, the form will not be sent. Validation works correctly, but after pressing “submit”, the form is not sent.
Only the preloader for the send button. Nothing else happens. The message is not sent.
After deleting the reCaptcha V3 key, sending normally works.

Please return Captcha V2. It worked at 100%.
