Then the problem may be related to the PHP config in your server. Is the gd PHP extension activated? That is required for the rendering of the images. It is usually instaled by default in any reasonably recent versions of PHP but for some reasons it may be deactivated in your server. Run a script with phpinfo() (if you know what i am talking about) or ask the system administrator….

What is probably happening is that the image inserted in the document is not of a browser compatible kind: please, try to change it to GIF, JPG, PNG format.

If the image is not in a format suported by all browsers like, for example, .emf it will not show up.

Please, replace the image by a GIF, PNG, JPG or PNG and it will show up with no problem.

We fixed the issue that will be incorporated to the following version.

Unfortunately there seems to be a bug in the odt export of Word so the hyperlink is lost so you are bound to edit the document in Libre or Open Office.

If anyone needs the patch just let us know.

Unfortunately the document you sent us goes beyond what the Docxpresso plugin can handle…although I would not call it a simple document ??

I get this message when I try to download the file: The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

The problem comes from the rendering of the ODT in your Office suite or within the conversion to HTML?

The problem was that plugin.php was not getting the correct path for the document because the $_SERVER[DOCUMENT_ROOT] was not giving the real path.

We patched using getcwd() but we should check which is the more reliable solution.

If anyone has a similar problem, by the time being, contact us for a patch.

That can not be the problem because the library has been tested with up to 4.5.2

If at anytime you feel is worthy we have a look at your installation just let us know ??
