In reply to: Can’t Stop Classic Editor F/UDear J. Nash,
Thank you for your reply.
Too late! I deleted and re-created the Post using the Block Editor. And, all is well!
By the way, the author of Classic Editor (in the Classic Editor Forum) acknowledges that there are problems. Maybe the problems are only relevant to the fairly new Twenty Nineteen Theme, which I use. Who knows!

It is the Classic Editor. It says so on top of the Post being edited. And, I worked w/ the Bock Editor before.

In reply to: Can’t Stop Classic Editor (Urgent)Hi!
In Profile, Disable Visual Editor was unchecked.
I cleared Cache. Now, Settings > Writing does show Editor options. I selected Blog Editor as default w/ no changes allowed. And, I saved changes. Now Selecting Editor does not show in Edit Post.
I cleared Cache and deactivated the Classic Editor Plugin. Logged out; logged in.
Classic Editor is still running; no way to change!

In reply to: Menu Custom LinkDear MrTom414,
That is true for Custom Links in other places, but not in the Menu. Adding a link in the Menu does not have the CheckBox.

In reply to: New EditorDear daleducatte,
I tried Shift / CR and it works. Thank you!
And, I found out that using Shift / CR is not the same as adding a new Block. The spacing between paragraphs is different.

In reply to: Menu Custom LinkDear mrtom414,
Again, thank you for your reply!
I read the Codex, but, for the Custom Link, it does not say how to make the link’s URL open on a new page.

In reply to: Menu Custom LinkDear mrtom414,
Thank you for your reply, but you did not answer my question: How do I make the link’s URL open on a new page?

In reply to: Is there a “hidden” page?Dear Steven,
Thank you for your reply but, after looking at Settings > Readings, I am still confused.
I have created only one Page: a static Page titled “Welcome!”
If I select the Front Page -the Page that viewers see first- to be the static “Welcome!” Page, how do viewers then display the Blog Posts?

In reply to: Can I Post to Different Pages?Dear kartiks16,
Thank you for your reply.
As a newbie, I want to keep things simple. So I am going to write all the Posts in one Page and use Categories instead.
Please read my query titled “Is there a hidden” page” in the “Everything else WP” Forum.

In reply to: Help w/ Organizing My BlogDear Joy,
Thank you for your reply!
As I stated in my post, I am a newbie. In the future, I’ll call them Core Widgets.
All of the four pages would contain posts w/ images. The first page would displays posts about “Art Topics.” For example, a post describing “The Relationship between Art and Math.” The second page would display posts about my own artwork. The third page would display the artworks of “Great Artists.” For example, a post titled “The Artworks of Wassily Kandinsky.” Finally, the fourth page would display the artworks of “Contemporary Artists.” For example, a post titled “The Artworks of Patty Evans” of Fort Myers, FL.
If I categorize the posts, why would I need categories?

In reply to: Help w/ CategoriesDear JNashHawkins,
Thank you for your reply!
If I understood you, first, I would create a menu w/ six elements: the four categories, a link to the About Page, and a link to my website.
>>> I didn’t understand what you meant by “a blog link.” <<<
Initially, the Front Page would display all posts (which must include a category). Right?
If a viewer clicks on a category, then the Front Page would ONLY display the category’s posts. Right?
How does the viewer go back to the Front Page that displays all posts?
