The AMP versions are created by the Soledad theme, and it’s only the pagination pages that are affected.
And no idea where I can fix this in the Yoast plugin.

I just looked again and yes, the entry is no longer visible. I don’t know why … but that solves the problem. Thanks anyway for your effort!
