Do not combine page cache plugins, choose one.
You can however use the object-cache feature, if you do not have another object-cache in combination with a page cache plugin.
The page cache is pretty fast, due to the memory. most other plugins use disk for storage.

you can use atec-profiler to benchmark the processing time and find out by yourself.

Use atec-debug CRON tab, you can see your cron and countdown.

Also, how is the traffic on your page? Cron only runs when page is visited not when admin is logged in.

Do you have opcache_get_status disabled?

It is running with no prob on all my machines.

have just installed it from WP diectory with no problem.
Maybe you delete and reinstall? might be a problem with the repository when you installed it.

What is the exact error message?
