sudo chown -hR admin:www-data /home/admin/web/domain.com/public_htmlPS. My configuration is unlike normal Apache’s because I have VestaCP installed.

I disabled all plugins and switch to Twenty Fourteen theme again. This time it worked! So I reactivate all plugins one-by-one and keep refreshing the editor page. No plugin was found to be having a problem. So I activate Codilight theme, then the Visual Editor is gone again.
Now I know that the problem is with the theme. I’m gonna report it to the developer.
