Force download didn’t work for me as well. I guess the problem is related to Server configs or so which I have no information of…

The problem exists for every browser, so I don’t think it is related to browsers.
I use X-Accel-Redirect/X-Sendfile file download method (and not direct link) so I cannot share a link until you are signed up as a user.
PS: I also tried the force download method and the same problem existed.

I’ve been looking to hear from you for more than 4 month! Glad you finally answered!
I don’t mind using browser to download (it is good enough). The problem is that file size is not shown to my customers so they cannot see how much file is downloading.

Hope I get a faster reply from support this time ??

Thank you so much for your response. But doing so, will disable the plugin’s functionality for adding to wishlist buttons, so it will no more add products to wishlist by clicking add buttons!

Is there any way to have both adding to wishlist functionality and also refreshed_fragments deactivated?

If not, is there a way to only disable refreshed_fragments on Home page or a specific page?

Thanks for your help. Yes you’re right but if I upload my videos to wp-content Folder and use its links to play vip-videos, I’ll lose protection and my vip-videos will be for public and even may get indexed by google which is not what I want.

Any help on how I can have Download Monitor protected folder functionality for my videos beside having them played smoothly for vip-members only?

by the way I don’t wanna use heavy plugins like restrict content
