Same behavior on my Website:
I use this design theme in the version 4.0.0.14
on WordPress version 6.4.2.
Since yesterday I have noticed a kind of layer that is apparently above the header area and prevents clicking on buttons.
It is currently displayed as a hatched line.
Various attempts show that this layer in Chrome (120.0.6099.234 (Official Build) (x86_64)) on a Mac (OS Mac Ventura 13.4.1) completely hides all links in the upper area and prevents clicking on them.
Strangely enough, only links in the design and content area are affected. The navigation of the website works perfectly.
Here is a picture of how it looks at the moment.
In Safari (same Mac as above), (version 16.5.1) the layer does not appear.
This layer also does not appear on Windows devices (e.g. Windows 11, Chrome version 120.0.6099.225 (official build) (64-bit)) and Firefox version 121.0.1 (32-bit)).However, if I look at the website on an Android mobile phone (Android version 14, Knox version 3.10, Chrome version 120.0.6099.230), I do not see the hatched line, but it is not possible to click on links in the design.
I can also use the navigation normally here.
On a tablet (Android version 13, Knox version 3.9, Chrome version 120.0.6099.230), the hatched line can be seen and the same behaviour can be seen as described above for the Mac.Website: https://wetterstation-sielen.de/

momentan werden keine aktuellen Meldungen im Widget geladen.
Auch das Aktualisieren der Feed-ID behebt dieses Verhalten aktuell nicht.
Nachfolgend ein Bild der momentanen Situation:
Links sind die aktuellen Meldungen aus Wettwarn erkennbar. Rechts die gekürzten Meldungen aus dem Widget. Aktuell fehlt die gelb markierte Warnung im Widget.
