Where do I put it?

OK in my blogroll I have links to other sites but the layout of them is rubbish. I would like them in this format:

The Link Description Here

Another Link
Another Link Description

As you can see by my site https://www.dnnsigns.co.uk they are all sqashed together and also the description starts straight after the title but I would like it on the next line. Can anyone advise???

How do I put the code in? I added it like below but it does not work:
