Hello, the cURL issue seems to be fixed now.
In the wflogs folder there are the following files only:
.htcaccess – 0.133kb
attack-data.php – 0kb
config.php – 0kb
ips.php – 0kb

Also, side from the error in Diagnostics showing that the file “wafRules.rules” does not exist, there is now an addition problem too:

As far as I know the wp-content directory is writable. When I delete the wflogs folder it returns again when the site is visited, but still I cannot activate the firewall.

The File and DB Tables were all ticked if that is what you mean? Do you mean I should untick them all?
Hi Rene, thank you the delete all data option worked. However, when I try to clone the website in the scanning process it is just stuck on “Loading… may take a while for huge websites” and then finally in the cloning stage just says “Something went wrong, please try again”. I deleted plugin and reinstalled, same thing happens. Do you know what I can do about this please?

This issue is still not resolved and it has become a major issue for us. All the payments continuously show as pending even though we received the payment. If it is as pending we do not get a notification that the order is placed, so orders have been sent out late because we aren’t being notified that a payment has been made.
If you can please help us out with this that would be fantastic because we are lost with this and cannot solve this but is a very big problem. Thank you.

The problem happens with Credit/Debit Card payments and PayPal payments. Sometimes it says pending and sometimes it says processed as normal. So the issue is not just with PayPal, and the issue isn’t that it never works – sometimes it works but a lot of times it just remains as pending even though we receive the payment.
Is there any way to fix this please?
