In reply to: [AI Engine] Console errors when editing custom postsThanks @tigroumeow , I’ve been through and disabled/tested/re-enabled plugins, and all looks good. Disabling the “disable gutenburg” plugin removes the errors (but then again is loading a different edit interface, so perhaps isn’t surprising).
The only two I am unable to test on the (live) site are “Heroic Knowledge Base” and “WPML Multilingual CMS”. From these two, I perhaps suspect the Heroic plugin (the site theme is the “KnowAll” theme).
Does this help at all?

I have done this, and see the “[toc-options]heading_text” string in the “admin_texts_toc-options” domain, and I have translated this, but the front-end still shows the default (english) “Article Contents” text.
Any ideas?

i.e. I want to translate the text “Article Contents”
I don’t see this text anywhere in WPML>String Translation

In Settings> TOC+, I have set the Heading Text to display “Article Contents”, but would like to translate this for other languages.
I cannot see the text “Article Contents” to translate in WPML’s string translator.
I hope that makes more sense!

In reply to: [Multi Rating] WPML and Rating Results List widget (by language)Thanks, I have just sent you login details via your support page. I tried clearing the cache with no luck. Plugin files are not changed – the only thing I have done is modified the CSS a little.
One thought… I have set Multi-rating to only appear for a custom post type – perhaps that is the problem?

In reply to: [Multi Rating] WPML and Rating Results List widget (by language)I’m using the “Ratings Result List” widget (https://pasteboard.co/aAywFCRC8.png). English is set as WPML default (https://pasteboard.co/aAzjXQ4iY.png). Languages are per directory.
You can see the problem yourself here; https://help.animana.com/ – the widget is at the bottom left of the homepage (“Highest Rated Articles”).

No – not that I’m aware of. The backup on all the sites just stopped working on the 16th March – all with the same error.
I’ve just double-checked the keys and tried again; still the same “No bucket found!” error.
I’ve changed the backup to my Amazon s3 account; and get exactly the same error.
Very strange.
Yes, on the first server it’s set to “Backup to an S3 Service v1”.
Not sure about special rights – it’s possible; is there an easy way I can check?
Unfortunately upgrading the PHP version is not currently an option.
