In current version of 3CX LiveChat with WordPress plugin this functionality is not implemented. To do this, you can embed 3CX Livechat directly, without plugin, using full code snippet (<call-us> tag) and set <call-us> “minimized-style” attribute to “bubbleleft”.

We are preparing update of livechat and we will add more customization options in 3cx 18 Update 5.
Unfortunately, custom translations is not supported for now.

It not supported for now. The latest version is 10.0.4, it requires 3CX Phone System and chat/calls are handling there.

But you can say us what is wrong or not translated and which language. We will check and correct it.

If you want to continue using current version of 3cx, You can try to download old WP Plugin and downgrade it to 9.4.3.

Yes, new WP LiveChat plugin is supporting since 18.0.4.*.
