3CX WebClient, used for configuration supports Polish language, so you can configure and use Livechat in Polish language.

1. It depends on the plan that you choose. We have Startup Free edition, where you can use one Livechat.
2. For now you can only change what is in the control panel. I noted your suggestion, we will think what we can do.

New version is totally different, I am not sure that you can use code from old version (< 10 version).

Anyway, we have not this functionality to manually open live chat. You can use our code snippet, that will display livechat in the corner of screen.

Unfortunately, in current version there are no call events for GA. I noted it, I believe we will add it in upcoming major updates.

Try to configure cache plugin not to affect livechat. I can’t help, it depends on plugin settings.

If you use cache plugin, they can affect livechat. Try to switch off them.
